ADVANCED LIPID FORMULATION TECHNOLOGY BASED ON YEARS OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

What does our screening service involve, exactly? We measure the average size and size distribution of the nanoparticle vesicles in your advanced lipid formulation product using laser diffraction (Dynamic Light Scattering, or DLS). We can measure the amount of active components in the product and assess its purity. We also identify any auxiliary agents and solvents used, and test the microbiological quality of the product. Our advanced equipment and technologies are:

  • High shear homogenization
  • Small-scale and large-scale extrusion
  • Millifluidics for nanoparticle preparation
  • Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF)
  • Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS)
  • Zeta potential analysis
  • High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
  • Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis)

Scientific research

You will receive a report detailing the test results. Our analysis methods have been developed by us together with academic liposome research groups that we have been working with for many years.
